Red River Exhibition Park is located at 3977 Portage Avenue, approximately 25 minutes from downtown Winnipeg. It is located northwest of the intersection of West Perimeter Highway 100 and the Portage Avenue West overpass.

Drive west on Portage Avenue (toward Headingley) and watch for the first traffic light past the Perimeter Highway overpass.  Turn right at the traffic light at Racetrack Road and proceed north past the Pointe West Auto Park. The park is located on the west side (left) of the road.

To access the new parking lot on the West side of the Park, simply remain on Portage Avenue and travel past the first traffic light (Racetrack Road) and make your way to the SECOND traffic light at Festival Drive. Turn right onto Festival Drive and proceed north on the new roadway until you come to the new 2,000 car parking lot.
