2024 Booth Application

Thank you for your interest in the Winnipeg Tattoo Convention.

The below form is for tattoo artists and vendors interested in indoor booth space. Please scroll further down the page for our outdoor market application link. All artist and vendor booths have to be pre-approved. Filling out this online application does NOT guarantee a booth at the show. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive a follow-up communication.

Please include the artist names and Instagram name/handle or online portfolio for all artists who will work in the booth:


Payment instructions and a contract link will be sent after application approval.

Payment must accompany the contract to be approved and secure your booth. A 50% booth payment is due upon contract signing. Manitoba Health requires a Blood Borne Pathogens Training Certificate from each artist living outside the City of Winnipeg from the past 5 years. As long as you have a certificate that does NOT expire prior to August 14, 2019 it is valid for getting a Temporary Personal Service Licence. Artists will also be required to fill out a Temporary Personal Service Form. Details on how to provide this information will be provided after application approval.
