The below form is for tattoo artists and market vendors interested in indoor exhibit or outdoor market booth space. All artist and vendor booths have to be pre-approved. Filling out this online application does NOT guarantee a booth at the show. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive a follow-up communication.

Payment instructions and a contract link will be sent after application approval. A 50% booth payment is due upon contract signing. Payment must accompany the contract to secure your booth.

Manitoba Health requires a Blood Borne Pathogens Training Certificate from each artist living outside the City of Winnipeg from the past 5 years. As long as you have a certificate that does NOT expire prior to August 15, 2022 it is valid for getting a Temporary Personal Service Licence. Artists will also be required to fill out a Temporary Personal Service Form.
